Arizona Hot Spring

This eponymous hot spring is located at Lake Mead, at the base of a gorgeous slot canyon, just south of Ringbolt Rapids. Please note that the hike can be strenuous, and the park does not recommend it during summer, for heat safety reasons.

Kartchner Caverns State Park

For the more adventurous couple, KartchnerCavernsState Park in Arizona offers the chance to explore an amazing limestone cave deep underground.  Located just a short ways out of Tucson, this great park is more than just one cave.  You can hike around the beautiful Arizona landscape and enjoy the peace and quiet.  Or if you want a more educational visit, take a guided tour of the cave or stop by to experience one of the many events

News:  And it's not good. 

D.J. Peterson appears to be done for the season after being hit in the face by a pitch.  He was taken to the hospital for X-rays, but we don't seem to have any more reports than that.

We'll try to keep you updated.

Edit to add: Update: Peterson has a fractured jaw and will undergo surgery.

We had fun with this last year, so I'm brining it back on this royal occasion.

 

It seems like this kid has a long time to wait before he finally gets to be King (unless he goes all "Richard III" on his family ... and what cable network wouldn't bid for that reality show?) ... but wait!
