The Dallas/Fort Worth area is well-known for producing some truly excellent craft beers. The next time you feel like going out for a drink, bring along someone special and pull up a chair at one of the city’s best breweries. Community Beer Company is an award-winning brewery that opens its taproom three nights a week. Pick up a couple of tickets, take a tour, sample some brews and enjoy some live music. Or check out Deep Ellum Brewing Company on Saturday afternoons and Thursday nights. They too offer live music and food on-site and they’ll even let you bring your dog along if you want. And for some of the best beer in the area, try Lakewood Brewing Company in Garland. They’ve left many a satisfied customer in the time they’ve been around.
