<p>#Foods high in fiber take the body longer to digest leaving you fuller longer. Not the kind that will replace every meal of the day, but ones that will give you a nutritious meal or two per day. These exercises can be performed at home without any foreign aid.</p>

<p>I finally had to turn around and tell them exactly what I thought. It was not pretty but by the time I finished giving them the run down on the teams virtues I think they were wishing they had picked a different fast-#Food joint for breakfast. Serves them right.</p>
