Bars and restaurants will be there all year, but some things only come to Dallas every once in a while. When one of these events rolls through, take the opportunity to turn it into a fun date. Here are a couple to think about during the month of November.

Dallas Whiskey & Fine Spirits Festival - FairParkDallas - Nov 15^th

Take advantage of this fun event to imbibe some classic cocktails, eat some delicious food and dance the night away to a bit of old-timey music. It’s an entertaining trip back into the 20s and a perfect way to spend a little time with someone special.

Lone Star Film Festival - Fort Worth - Nov 5^th through Nov 9^th

This event may have already started, but it’s not too late to get a ticket and see some truly great movies. Some of the presentations will be premieres and you’ll have the chance to speak with many of the filmmakers as well. It’s an excellent way for film-loving couples to spend a couple of days.
