Having a little trouble finding a place to park your car? New York is pretty crowded, so it’s no wonder that parking spots are hard to come by. One swanky condo complex thinks they may have found a solution though - charging more per square foot for a parking spot than they do for their apartments.

The condos will run around $8 to $10 million bucks. But the spots to park in will be $1 million. I guess you could kind of look it as if you were buying a second apartment, this one for your car. Really folks, if you have $1 million to drop on a parking spot, you may want to rethink the way you spend your money. I don’t care how hard it is to find a place to park, this is a seriously ridiculous waste of cash.
