Traffic Cops are So Nice They’ll Email You Your Tickets

Gone are the days when one could lose a traffic ticket or place it someplace where it gets conveniently forgotten. For the city of New York has devised a new way to help you remember that you owe it money - emailed tickets.

Soon you’ll be able to just check your email and find out how much you have to pay. This will only be for parking tickets at first, but no doubt you’ll be getting a request to write in your email on future speeding tickets as well. All-in-all, it may be annoying, but the future of our world demands more electronic solutions for everything, even tickets. At the least, we won’t have to go fishing through our glove compartments to figure out where that ticket went that we just realized was over a month late. Unless the tickets get thrown into the spam folder, of course.
