Red Hook Fest – Hometown BBQ – June 4th. 5th & 6th
This fun, free event brings three days of dance performances to Brooklyn. In addition, there will be live music, food and drink and everything you need to have a party. You can even take a free kayak ride in the harbor, if that’s your thing. So stop off with a date or go solo and meet some new people.
NYC Parks Free Summer Movies – Various parks – June 5th through Sept 10th
All over New York, parks will be setting up big screens and showing movies of all sorts over the course of the next three months. From old horror classics to newer kids’ movies, there’s a little bit of something for everyone. Check out their calendar, find a show near you and have yourself a free movie night.
