Beer, Beer and More Beer

When it comes to drinking, New York takes its pastime very seriously. So seriously that they set up all sorts of events where you can toss a few back and have some fun. Here are two more that you may want to check out the next time you’re feeling parched.

Staten Island Brewfest – Richmond County Bank Ballpark – May 2nd

Prepare your palate to taste some of the best craft brews in the world at this excellent drinking event. More than a dozen different breweries will be participating, as well as a selection of local restaurants. And the food focus will be – chicken wings! So if beer and chicken wings are what you’re looking for, search no further.

A Drinking Game NYC: Robin Hood: Men in Tights – Union Hall – April 30th

It’s the latest installment of Union Hall’s ‘A Drinking Game’ event. This time you’ll get to watch a Mel Brooks classic, Robin Hood: Men in Tights as it’s performed live. You’ll have to drink when certain things are said, of course, but the actors have their own cues to drink as well. So by the end of the night, everything is completely chaotic and utterly hilarious.
