Tocabe is a restaurant that focuses on serving up food that may not be unique to the region but is most likely unique to the majority of people who live there.  They offer up a menu of American Indian food, the only such restaurant to do so in the Denver area.  Using traditional recipes and a Native American design with regards to the restaurant itself, they have created something truly excellent.  If you’re in the mood to try something a little different or have a date that appreciates delving into the new and unusual, stop by Tocabe and give it a try.  Has anyone eaten at Tocabe before?  How was your dining experience?
