Whether you just want to think positive, believe in yourself or strive to be the best athlete you can be, the women of the Storm have some inspiring messages of faith, courage and strength to share. Here is a compilation of some of the most powerful messages from the Storm women collected from their social media accounts for you to enjoy. Alysha Clark gives us poignant messages on a regular basis. The thoughtful player says things like, “Being an underdog can change people in ways that we often fail to appreciate: it can open doors and create opportunities.” She also ends days on positive messages, like “Goodnight y’all… Say a prayer for someone.” The athlete shows her caring spirit in everything she does.

Markeisha Gatling reminds us that “It’s the little things that count” and that “family comes before everything.” She is a big family woman who really knows what is important in her life.

Crystal Langhorne says that she is “thankful for every day I get to live the life I live.” She also says she hopes she never takes her family for granted. She advises her fellow players, “You really have to love yourself to play overseas, because all that time spent alone.”

And Jewell Loyd reminds us to laugh at ourselves sometimes. She says, “How does Beyonce dance so hard and sing so perfectly? When I run and try to talk I almost pass out!”
