<p>With the start of the NHL season, it seems like there have been an unusual amount of blows to the head....Robbi Fabbri, Zedno Chara, Michael Raffl...just to name a few. Does the Department of Player Safety need to crack down on hits to the head? They had set standards a few seasons ago when Brendan Shanahan was head of the department. But with his departure to the #Toronto Maple Leafs, it seems as if it is a free for all as they test Stephan Quintal who took over for Shanahan. Quintal needs to step up and crack down before the players push too far and more serious injuries occur.</p>
