The fat jokes, ice cream sandwich gate and McClendon calling his game complete horse manure was too much bad mojo for there ever to be a happy Mariners ending.</p>
<p>Next season is the 100th anniversary of the NHL. It is also the 100th anniversary of the #Toronto Maple Leafs.</p>

<p>The Ottawa Senators are getting four players alongside Phaneuf from the Leafs. They are getting forwards Matt Frattin, Casey Bailey, Ryan Rupert and defenseman Cody Donaghey. These four players are prospects currently playing with the Marlies, #Toronto's minor league team.</p>

<p>Drouin failed to show up for the Crunch's game against the #Toronto Marlies. When the Crunch's parent club, the #Tampa Bay Lightning were informed of the no-show, the Lightning suspended the forward without pay. Apparently the suspension will remain in effect until Drouin is traded.</p>

<p>Clarkson was traded from #Toronto to #Columbus in exchange for Nathan Horton during the 2014-2015 season and he has not done any better in #Columbus. He has sat out most of this season due to injuries.</p>
