Pouring Ribbons is one of those upscale New York bars that will charge you a little more and make you wait a little longer for your seat, but if the reviews are to be believed, it’s all worth it in the end.  A touch trendy and a touch classy, you’ll find the décor and atmosphere lend themselves well to creating a comfortable environment in which to drink casually with friends.  If you’re looking for a place that trains their bartenders well and takes their cocktails seriously, Pouring Ribbons is definitely one to top the list.  Has anyone been to Pouring Ribbons before?  Any cocktails you would recommend to others?
