Though it’s only been open for a few years now, Clyde Common in the heart of Portland’s downtown area is a great place for those looking to get a drink or two without having to brave the usual unruly bar crowd.  The atmosphere is casual and comfortable without being divey and they even offer a great rotating selection of food to go with your drinks.  This isn’t a place for dancing and partying; just a nice, quiet bar where one can take their time and enjoy a good conversation over a drink or two.  Has anyone been to Clyde Common before?  What did you think of their food?
