For couples that need a break from all those wine tours, consider spending a day trying out some of the best beer that the state has to offer.  A little over an hour southeast from Minneapolis, the Red Wing Brewery is a classic brewery that has been around for half-a-century and uses some recipes that have been around much longer than that.  Since the brewery only sells its brews at the actual site, you’ll be drinking what most people in the world (and even the state) will never get a chance to.  They’re open every afternoon, so cruise down and spend some time relaxing.  Has anyone had the chance to sample Red Wing before?
