Seattle hot springs
Soaking in a hot spring is a perfect way to relieve the week’s tension, and all-natural, too! Washington has a number of excellent hot springs out there. Here are our picks for the top three hot springs near the Seattle area.
Goldmyer is one of the best hot springs in the state, but it is closely regulated. Only 20 people per day are allowed to visit, so you will need to reserve a spot ahead of time. This is a true wilderness hot springs, at the end of an arduous hike, but well worth the trouble.
Carson Mineral Hot Springs Resort
This charmingly quaint, old-fashioned Victorian resort is filled with history, with the original buildings having been constructed in 1901. The springs has a long history of therapeutic treatments, and the resort offers many specials for senior citizens and off days of the week.
Located in the Olympic National Park, this hot springs and resort is a tranquil setting for a relaxing soak. The resort closes seasonally, so if you want to visit Sol Duc, you had better act fast!
