When I say that New York City’s rats are about to become that stars of a movie, I’m not talking about cute little animated rats that run around talking and getting into all sorts of adventures. Nope, these are the real deal, the rates that live under your feet while you walk the streets of the big city. And really, it’s about time someone paid attention to them.

So if you’re interested in how the other half (or other 90% rather) of New York’s population lives, look out for Rats: Observations on the History and Habitat of the City’s Most Unwanted Inhabitants. That’s the book title that the movie is based on. The movie title will probably be a bit more catchy.
