If you have a chance this month, know that August 2^nd, 9^th and 16^th, from 7AM to 1PM, Summer Streets is returning to NYC. Journey to Lafayette, from the BrooklynBridge up to 14^th Street or to Park, from 14^th to 72^nd and you can get a taste of all the music, food, classes and other entertainments that this celebration has to offer.

One of the highlights this summer is a sound installation put together by artist Jana Winderen. This amazing work of art is seven entire blocks long, traversing the Park Avenue Tunnel, and will replicate the feeling of being underwater using the magic of sound. This is definitely not something to be missed. And neither is the rest of NYC’s Summer Street event.
