British Guy Takes World Record for NYC Subway Stops

What do you do when you’re from another country and visiting New York City? Why, try to break a world record, of course. At least that’s what one guy did when he traveled to the states from England. He decided he was going to visit every subway stop in NYC in less than 24 hours. And he was successful, clocking in at 22 hours and 26 minutes.

Naturally, this meant very little sleep for the guy.

In case you don’t know, NYC has 468 subway stops. This guy stopped at each one, took a picture and then ran on to his next destination. Of course, he couldn’t have done it without the help of his friends. They kept him on track, made sure he was eating and prevented the new record holder from accidently falling asleep and blowing the entire thing. So congratulations, Glen Bryant, you are the king of the NYC subway system.
