Bring Your Date to a New Orleans Festival

There are few places in the world better known for their fun and vibrant festivals than the city of New Orleans. The next time a festival is taking place, consider making it an excuse to spend time with your special someone. Mardi Gras is by far the most popular of them all, with several days of parades, drinking and more. The second week of April brings the French Quarter Festival, a free event that presents great music and amazing food. And for hardcore foodies, the Wine & Food Experience in late-May is the perfect excuse to try out some of the best that the city has to offer.
