Chocolate Fest: A Walk Around Tasting – 92Y – April 26^th

What better way to get samples of some of NYC’s best chocolate than at an event where the best chocolatiers are all gathered in one location? You’ll be able to sample truly amazing creations and meet some of the artists behind them. And for those that prefer their chocolate a little more risqué, there will be a fine selection of liquor-based treats as well.

Tasting America: Cultural Identity in Contemporary Cuisine – Buttenwieser Hall – April 29^th

America is filled with many cultures and, as a result, there are a wide variety of cuisines that we eat every day. This seminar event brings a few experts to the stage to talk about the identity of American food and what we can do to give our country its own unique place in the world of cooking.
