Boston College Arts Festival - BostonCollege - April 23rd, 24th & 25th
See what the students and faculty of BostonCollege are capable of in this celebration of art of all sorts. From theater to music to dancing, poetry, film, sculpture and just about everything else, all will be represented. And if you have the urge to try out your own artistic skills, there are even a few hands-on experiences to take part in.
Boston International Film Festival - AMC Loews Boston Common - April 16th through April 20th
This five-day event brings a wide variety of short and feature-length films to Boston from all over the world. See established filmmakers as well as more than a few up-and-comers as they show off their creations. And if you want to get in on the fancy celebration, pick up a ticket for the opening night party and maybe even bump shoulders with somebody famous.
