For a romantic weekend getaway on the coast

Just a short drive south and west of the city of Boston is a beautiful little place on the Connecticut coast and a great accommodation known as Saybrook Point Inn and Spa.  This beautiful inn is decorated in a style that is classy as opposed to opulent, giving it the perfect feel for a weekend out at the shore.  You can easily explore the surrounding town from here or just stick around the inn and enjoy the comfort of their spa.  One thing is for sure, couples will find this to be a truly enchanting and romantic place.  Has anyone stayed at Saybrook Point Inn and Spa before?  What were some of your favorite sights to see nearby?
