Conveniently placed in the downtown area, Etch is a fairly new addition to the Nashville dining scene.  Put together by an award-winning chef, the food at Etch is guaranteed to be top-notch.  Add to that a selection of the best wines from around the world and you have a brilliant dining experience.  And even though the food is of the highest quality, the service flawless and the atmosphere one of class, Etch is still a casual place to eat.  If you’re looking for the perfect first date option, give this restaurant a try.  Has anyone been to Etch before?  Does it live up to its award-winning reputation?
