For an exciting and unique adventure that is still calm enough where you don’t have to worry about being injured, head to the island of Bali in Indonesia and check out the Bali Safari and MarinePark.  In addition to being able to see hundreds of animals, you can also take a safari on the back of an elephant.  Cruise around the park and see the wildlife and just enjoy an experience like no other.  The safari only lasts less than an hour, but when you’re done you can still hang out with the elephants and learn more about them from the knowledgeable handlers.  It may not be a trek into the unexplored wilderness, but it’s still an adventure worth having.  Has anyone been to Bali before?  What did you see while there?
