Sunday night animation wrap-up
I usually like to pick the "winner" from the Sunday night "Animation Domination" line-up on FOX. This week, there was no clear winner so I'll do something a little different and take it show by show.

It seems like American Dad has been faltering in recent seasons, leaving The Cleveland Show to take the title of "Best Seth MacFarlane Show." But this was resoundingly not the case last night, with a mystery-based episode that was nothing but weak sauce. As if aware of this fact, FOX shunted the episode to the final slot of the night, putting a re-run in the show's usual time slot.
With basketball coming to playoff season and baseball beginning its start to the regular season, football was feeling a little left out of the limelight. With that being said, two teams decided to make some off season noise. Both those teams are located in Northern California.
Two NBA teams have recently continued their record-breaking win streaks in exciting fashion. To top it off, both teams were out and about on the road. Both teams are playoff bound and looking to make deep runs, even if one is the overall favorite. The Heat and the Nuggets statement-making wins kept their hot play alive.
It is no lie that the amount of money paid to professional athletes is absolutely ridiculous. We are at a time where we actually cheer for athletes when they decided to take a pay cut of a few million to help out their team, while they are still being paid at least another few million. While many of us are barely making ends meet, these jokers are being paid top-dollar to play games…but we all still watch it.
Dwight Howard has not done much for his reputation over the last few years. With the drama that was his last season in Orlando, followed by basically getting Stan Van Gundy fired, and then forcing a trade to LA, Howard went from being an NBA favorite to a mercurial villain. While he didn't garner as much dislike as Lebron James did when he left Cleveland, there was a lot of love lost for one of the most dominate big men in the game right now. This week, Dwight Howard continued to dig himself into a deeper hole.
Precocious children are the norm on television, particularly sitcoms, particularly ANIMATED sitcoms. Thus, it's always refreshing when people treat Rallo like the annoying, self-involved jerk that he - like all six year olds - really is.
There comes a time in people’s lives when they decide to pack up their things and head from their current location to a new destination. For some, this is a small move maybe up the street or into a new house, while for others, this can be a journey of hundreds or thousands of miles. Regardless of how far your trek to a new life will be, at some point you have to break the news to your friends and family. While this can be a burden, why not own it and make it fun? Here are a few ways to break the news in a less-than-subtle-manner.

1. Tip o' the Johnny Bench Backwards Catcher Cap to 13of2, who has been talking about Shoppach all winter. Now maybe he'd like to summarize for us what he likes about Shoppach.
2. On to the shtick.

Forget about what the chart above DOESN'T tell you. Consolidate in your mind for a moment what it DOES tell you.
Don't clutter your head with how predictive the chart is, what it tells you (or doesn't tell you) about the future, what the 9,000 reasons are that the chart might be misleading, such as the mix of pitchers that Shoppach caught, and all that.
What DOES it tell you?
It tells you that in about 500 major league games, Shoppach's defensive teams have given up a perfectly average number of runs. Average in the sense of solid-average, in the sense of "fully up to standard."
If you are a Cleveland fan and you're still complaining about Lebron leaving, you need to put on your big kid pants and get over it. Now, if you are a Cavs fan and complaining about your big man Andy Varejao having a career season and getting hurt, then that’s a different story. Unfortunately for the Cavs, along with a horrible record, things just got worse.
