or...to put all of that into a much simpler framework: SSI was not a Mariners blog, a #Seattle sports blog, or a special interest blog at all. It was Jeff Clarke's blog. Now it's just another #Seattle sports blog, sometimes featuring your ideas...and not even that, since boxing commentary is hardly #Seattle sports. What made you special, at least to me, was who you were and how you communicated that to us. Not the particular knowledge you possessed (though you certainly did have great knowledge).

The realization for me, has been that I'm not looking for a general "#Seattle sports community." 99% of the time I come here for Doc's perspective, whether that's his posts or the discussion threads that result. And SSI mostly seems to be other content now. So I'll check back once in a while and see if Doc has posted, as opposed to checking in daily. No harm no foul.

I'm just throwing this out there but what if the patriots interception on the last play of the Super Bowl was related to stealing signs? With the patriots #History of such shenanigans and now with the revelations that multiple teams warned #Seattle about the possibility of patriot spying and cheating this seems like a somewhat likely possibility to me. After all it certainly looks like they knew exactly what was coming and how to defend it perfectly.

Divish with two interesting notes in his pregame. Zunino will not be called back to #Seattle after Tacoma's season ends. They are sending him to AZ To work on a "massive swing overhaul". Divish thinks they will call up Baron. On a more ominous note, he says that Paxton met with Dr. Edward Khalfayan and the Mariners medical staff before today's game but no explanation from the club. I thought it was just a blister?

I see what you're saying gnatto. Looks like they managed to set that up. It should solve most of the issue, primarily because #Seattle does not have a #Men's pro #Basketball team any more. Of course if the #Washington Huskies ever get good again...

Thanks to the admins for addressing the issue.
