<p>I can see where #Las_Vegas would have a much more accessible cash flow than other cities and that could be one of the main reasons the NHL is leaning more in favor of Vegas over #Quebec at this point.</p>

<p>There are others reporting that it is because #Quebec has problems with their bid and the Board of Governors is trying to give them time to figure things out.</p>
