On paper, a starting rotation of Felix, Kuma, Paxton and Taijuan should be killer. Find a #5 who won't embarrass himself (which might be as simple as #Montgomery or Elias once Roenis screws his head back on) and go to town. By the time Kuma is done, you'd like to have somebody like Diaz ready for his slot. Would I rather have Pineda? It's not like he's been #Healthier than Paxton. I dunno - our bullpen woes might be because we keep shipping out every bullpenner we have looking to find an offense, but our rotation "should" be fine. We just haven't gotten lucky with #Health and quick plateau leaps from the kids. The Mets are building a pennant chase around 3 young-ish arms. Once again we're just coming up short.
