<p>Martin Brodeur visited #New_Jersey where he was honored during a very touching ceremony that retired his jersey and also unveiled a statue in his honor. It was great to see NJ horor Brodeur after all the years he spent there.</p>

<p>#New_Jersey Devils forward Bobby Farnham is being called to task for his nasty hit on St Louis Blues forward Dmitrij Jaskin. The Department of Player Safety announced today that there will be a hearing for this hit. The hearing date has not been set yet.</p>

<p>In a very classy move, the #New_York Rangers granted the wish of 7 year old Kayleigh Petersen from the Make-A-Wish Foundation of #New_Jersey. She was signed to a 1 day contract with the Rangers and made #History by becoming the first #Female to be signed to a 1 day contract with the organization.</p>

<p>The reigning champions, better known as the #Chicago Blackhawks have lost 4 of their last 5 games. Hawks goaltender, Corey Crawford, was pulled after allowing 3 goals in the first period during last night's game against the #New_Jersey Devils. Devils won 4-2. Hawks need Duncan Keith back in the lineup before they have a complete melt-down.</p>
