Uchi is a nice little restaurant that is located within a converted farmhouse and just outside of Austin’s downtown.  If the reviews are to be believed, this is the best sushi restaurant in all of the Austin area and if you’re looking to impress on a first date, it could be the fine dining experience that you’re looking for.  They pride themselves on using only the finest ingredients and it really comes across in what they have to serve.  Combine that with the quaint atmosphere and you have a winning date.  Has anyone eaten at Uchi before?  What would you recommend ordering?
