One of the most popular tourist spots around Los Angeles is Catalina Island, and there’s good reason for it.  This is a perfect place for couples to get away from the big city and enjoy some time doing activities in nature.  To get there, you can fly in or take a ferry, and once there, it’s just a matter of choosing what you want to do first.  You can have some water adventures and do some kayaking, snorkeling, diving and more.  Or you can explore the land by hiking and biking.  Or just hang out in the towns and relax at a day spa or do some shopping.  Whatever you choose to do, Catalina Island is the kind of place that will keep you going back again and again.  Does anyone have any favorite places to see on the island?
