The Depot Minneapolis is actually composed of two hotels built into the same 19^th-century railway depot.  The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel provides an historic feel for those that are taking a short trip and the Residence Inn Depot provides long-term stay options.  Decorated in early 20^th-century period style, the former is a luxurious place to spend a romantic weekend.  Both provide access to the fitness center, an indoor water park and an on-site skating rink.  Nearby is downtown Minneapolis and the Riverfront District.  It’s easy for couples to wander out and find a great selection of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, museums and more.  Does anyone know of any great places to visit in the Waterfront District?
