Nothing is as classic as the dinner and movie date, but finding the right movie is important to making sure that your special someone isn’t bored to tears or running in fear. To help you out, I present the best of this week’s releases, so you can plan ahead.

Taken 3 - Liam Neeson is back and he’s been taken. Or someone’s been taken. Again. Anyways, it’s more of the Neeson vs. the bad guys sort of thing that the first two movies in this series presented. If you’re in the mood for some light action, this might be one for you.

Selma - This movie is for anyone interested in history or, in particular, the civil rights movement. Follow Martin Luther King, Jr. on his rise to becoming one of the most important voices in American history. If you’re looking for something smart to watch, give this one a try.
