Theater Watch: May 30th

Looking to impress a date by taking them to a quality NYC theater performance? Here’s a brief list of some of the best shows on the stage for the coming week.

All the Way - NeilSimonTheater - Closes June 29th

A look at President Lyndon B. Johnson and the struggle he underwent in support of the Civil Rights Act. Great for culture lovers and - bonus - it stars Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston!

Of Mice and Men - Longacre Theatre - Closes July 27th

One of Steinbeck’s most beloved and classic tales. This time it’s being brought to life with James Franco in the role of George - his first attempt at the role.

Macbeth - Park Avenue Armory - Closes June 22nd

In the mood for a little Shakespeare? Check out one of the masters, Kenneth Branagh, as he joins Doctor Who alumni Alex Kingston in two of the starring roles. So far, people have been raving (as is usual with Branagh), so do not fear the disappointment.
