Gee, I know a RH OF we might be able to sign.
Today chief nemesis on MCCLUTCH to the M's was the Nationals, who had the prospects to get him .... but dealt 3 of their top 6 prospects for Adam Eaton from the White Stockings.
One of those 3 was a Mr. Giolito (earlier reports said it was OF Robles) who the Pittsburghs wanted if they were to give up Mr. Mackclutch.
The dream is alive.
Admittedly, a starting pitcher comes first, and after long hesitation I am now jumping on one Mr. Archer of the "Don't Tampa Wit Me", and yesterday the Tampa's signed one of their biggest needs, a catcher, inking W. Ramos to a 2 year deal.
Biggest needs for the Rays now: an OF/DH, plus a reliever.
So, I'm saying goodbye to Vogelsbach, an OF (Gamel/Heredia?) and Gohara if they demand it.
Reyes in St. Lou appears to be staying there.
I'm getting tired of sounding like a one trick pony of this, but my vision could still prove to be 20/20. I think I brought MCClutch up a month ago.
