Relaxation is essential.  Does Robbie Cano look like he's trying hard?

Of course, not everyone has supreme talent.  And not everyone with talent succeeds.  I'd say the process often works like this:

1) you're told to 'trust your talent'

2) you falter

3) you start to try 'harder'

4) as a result, you're talent is suffocated

(Is Dustin Ackley the poster child here?)

Second thought: drafting baseball players is hard.

Here's the rundown of the top ten in Zunino's drafrt:

1) Correa: sold gold stud

2) Buxton: Twins fans wondering whether this will ever work out

3) Zunino: here he comes...

4) Gausman: looking much better

5) Zimmer: who?

6) Almora: buried in the Cubs system

7) Fried:  who?

8) Appel: the gamble that hasn't worked out

9) Heaney: ceiling of mediocrity

10) Dahl: ceiling maybe higher than mediocrity

Ya' pays your money and ya' takes your chances.
