Edit; Will add this: Michael Conforto made the jump from AA to The Big Apple last year without even a hiccup.
At A- ball, in 186 PA's, Conforto OPS'ed .851. At A ball, in 245 PA's Tank was at .788.
At A+ ball, in 206 PA's, Conforto = .811. In 449 PA's, Tank was .874
At AA, in 197 PA's, Conforto was .899. In 162 Tank is .947.
Tank spotted Conforto 2 years at each level.
Conforto is .288-.359-.561 in nearly 300 mLB vR PA's. Hit a couple dingers in the Series last year.
Not the same player, I know. Not even the same template.
But I'm just saying.
