Tony Softli compared Baldwin favorably to Issac Bruce, Tory Holt, and Mushin Muhammad. There's more than one HOF'er in that group.
He's already better than the likes of Welker. Start Baldwin's career in a volume offense and you'd have 12s salivating at the prospect of plugging him into the Carrol/Wilson offense. Kinda like Jimmy Graham.
