For a fun way to spend a day, grab up that special someone and head to one of Minneapolis’ animal attractions. You can see some amazing creatures while getting to know the one you love a bit better. The Minnesota Zoo is the obvious first choice, with more than 2000 animals spread out across six distinct environments. Or try out the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. It’s much closer to the heart of the city and still manages to feature a wide variety of animals along with many other fun activities. Or if you prefer to see some underwater life, head to SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium. You can even come by for their Sharks After Dark events or, if you have the courage, take a dive with these killer beasts.
