When you and the one you love are both sports fans, it’s only natural that you’re going to want to enjoy some games together. This can be a great way to begin a date night out, taking in an event and then hitting up a restaurant or a bar later to talk about it. Luckily, Minneapolis has more than a few great venues to see the games at. Target Field is located right downtown and is the home to the Twins and the Timberwolves, a perfect spot for both baseball and basketball fans. TCF Bank Stadium hosts the Vikings’ football games, at least until their new stadium is finished. And the XcelEnergyCenter in St. Paul is where you need to go if hockey is your sport of choice.
