Attending the theater is a classic dating event that is probably not as popular as it once was. Still, if you and your loved one are fans of stage performance, the city of Minneapolis has more than a few excellent options as far as venues go. No matter what your tastes, you’ll likely find something that pleases you both. Luckily, there are several amazing venues located conveniently in the heart of the city. The Pantages Theatre, the Orpheum Theatre and the State Theatre are all within short walking distance of each other. The Guthrie Theater is also nearby, and that great venue has three stages along with bars and restaurants to make your date night even better. Plus there are countless smaller venues, so if you’re a fan of independent theater then it’s still easy to find someplace to go on date night.
