From'05-'08 Bedard has averaged $14.2mil of value. Considering the injury risk and that the market today is lower than in any of those years, I wouldn't pay him any more than that.
$13-14mil over 4-5 years should do it. $14mil over 7 years was the agents opening offer, I don't why we'd offer so much more than that.
