...first of all, you can't buy a single game suite ticket at Yankee unless you order it many many months in advance.  Companies buy those seats for the execs and it's nearly impossible to get one on short notice.
...but if you are planning some fun far in advance, be prepared to pay $500 for a seat in their equivalent of the diamond club and $2500 (per seat!!) for field level luxury box seats on the infield.
At Citi it's a bit more fair.  You can get a 16-game plan in the nosebleeds for $1,000 or so if you order four seats...like $400 if you're getting just one seat...they offer bulk seat discounts big time), and you can get a field level seat in the outfield for a Yankees/Mets game for $70.  If you want to get into the Terrace Club, you pay $180 (that's on the second-deck level around behind home plate) and to get seats near the field on the infield, it's like $300
