IIRC.
If you got a TOR like Billingsley and a fleet 5-tool banger like Kemp, and added Webb, you would have a better baseball team.  And by quite a ways.
Not that am endorsing, but wonder whether the Dodgers would consider a Billingsley/Kemp type package.
