+10 WAR is a healthy Branyan, Dunn, and Bedard (150 IP). I will taaaake eeeeet. If Morrow/Snell/Tui/Fister/etc come through, I've got a juggernaut :- )
That Capt Jack wants to improve, is a given. The difference between a +10 target, and a +15-20 target, is the discussion.
