And the rule about low-minors-to-bigs is one of the absolute ones in baseball.  Then again, the same used to be true of NPB and college ball...
Wherever Pineda throws the baseball, if he's now 95-98 mph with that command, he's going to disillusion some guys about whatever futures they thought they had :- )
