I've been a big fan of Felix's mechanics. I don't know, Pineda's elbows are much more elevated and his timing is later. Pineda does have a nice followthrough, but poor timing.
Granted Pineda isn't quite as bad as Prior was mechanically, but then neither was Strasburg (another poor mechanics fireballer ). Why play with fire? I'd rather turn him into a less volatile commodity.
