For more than 50 years, the family-run Flowers by Miss Bertha has been providing the Minneapolis area with some of the best designs in the city.  The skill has been passed down from one generation to the next and those that design the arrangements today are truly gifted.  They are also very much willing to work with you if budget is an issue, though you’ll likely be surprised with what you can get for so little.  If you want something amazing to give to your someone special, stop by and see what they can create for you.  Has anyone used Flowers by Miss Bertha before?  Were you happy with the arrangement you received?
