Yes, the park.  The thick air at sea level at 47 degrees - that's temp AND latitude.  :-)
Really, if you're a veteran pitcher with still some gas in the tank, is there a better place to try to revive your career?  In a pitchers park, facing the A's a bunch of times?  And now the Astros?
